"Wow! Great service! All the food in my freezer was
melting and they came out and got it fixed in no time. I
did not lose any of my food. The lady on the phone was
so nice and helpful and the tech found the problem right
away. They really seemed like the cared and they did a
great job. I will tell everyone this is one great

"I received prompt courteous service the same morning I
requested repair of my refrigerator. While the repairman
was at my home he explained the problem, what he was
doing to repair it, and how I could prevent the same
problem in the future. He offered additional preventive
maintenance tips, as well. While not cheap, the repair
cost was reasonable. If I had waited for the
manufacturer's repairman, projected to be 10 days out, I
would have lost hundreds of dollars in meals eaten out
in addition to the inconvenience. Same day service was
an unanticipated, much appreciated, luxury. I will
definitely call A-1 for future appliance repairs."
